Group Information:
Thank you for considering Pahrump Paintball Complex as a part of your group planning events. We have 7 different types of fields here that are bound to please any type of player, from the new first time player – to the very experienced tournament player. Whether your group is made up of bachelor party kamikazes, male & female executives, or armed forces battle experienced players – we have just the right fields for you! Most of our fields are on natural green grass with large trees to give you a park like setting surrounding our entire facility. Our “staging area” – the place where players and spectators sit, set up, or just watch other players, is a very relaxing environment covered by large shade trees, picnic type tables and easy chairs. ( Check out the photos under the photo section off of the home page here. ) It is also equipped with BBQ and bon fire pit in the center. The perfect place to relax after the battles, kick back and enjoy the peace and quiet. As you can tell from many favorable reviews we have received on www.PBReview.com, paintball’s premier web site for critiquing fields, we work hard to make each group that we host have their own special time. We do not hire just anyone to be there - we, Bob& Lisa Holleman, are there every minute - each step of the way to give you a customized personal service. Each group is different and has different needs so we like to speak generally here and then work out any specific details you may need independently with you.
We like to think of our enterprise here as being very professional - we have accommodated large and small corporate groups from all over the world, bachelor parties and small birthday parties, family reunions and police /firefighter competitions – and everything in between - all with a down home family environment. I hope we will be able to make this a great day for you and your group.
We have many different ideas on ways that we can set things up. Since we personalize each group – this is a very basic overlook. What charge there is depends on which way you wish to go. We have provided you some pricing for you to help make some decisions with. We are not sure how many people you are looking at - that would make a great deal of difference as to the best type of play. Some groups prefer to simply come out and play according to the wishes of the people that are in the group. Others prefer to have a more structured team building type of program in mind. Either one works well and we set things up to run very smoothly with our guidance and trained personal keeping the action flowing and still with a lot of adrenaline and excitement going all over.
Many smaller groups prefer to simply come out and play all of the different fields and just choose their own games as they experience each field. We have found that different groups prefer different types of play and that there is no way to predict which group will like which type until they get here. This is the reason we do not reserve only one field for a group. We give all groups the right to play any field at any time and exclusively with themselves if they prefer. One of the many extra things we provide for groups is protective clothing to wear. Various appropriate team jerseys, team colors, camo fatigues, team flags, team banners, signs and various other items and “props” that increase the enjoyment and ambiance of the adventure. The most important thing for you to know is that all of our private parties are individually customized to meet the specific group and their preferences.
Now – to give you an idea of what it costs for your adventure day:
Basic Entry, Air & Equipment rental:
New Player Package:
$ 45.00 per person. ($78. value) This includes all equipment a first time player wants to play. ( protective clothing, chest protector, gloves, head covering, upgraded marker ( gun) mask, tanks, hopper, pod pack amo belt and 500 paintballs) Additional paintballs can be purchased at special reduced pricing.
Standard Player Package:
$ 35.00 per person. ($50. value) This includes full day entry and air, basic equipment rental and 500 paintballs per person. Additional paintballs can be purchased at standard case or bag pricing.
Basic Player Package:
$ 25.00 per person. ($40. value) This includes all required equipment to play. ( marker ( gun) mask, tanks, hopper, amo pack) It does NOT include any paintballs. You would then purchase paintballs seperately by the bag or by the case. Note: We DO require that you only use our paint in our rental markers.
Basic Entry / Air only pricing:
Full day entry: $10
All day Compressed air: $5.
All day Co2 Air: $ 10.
Any equipment rental and paintball purchases would be in addition to these fees.
There is no charge for non-playing spectators.
Lunch / BBQ: ( Available - but not required ) (BBQ facilities only available for groups – not walk-ons)
$7.50 per person - hamburgers /cheeseburgers/ hotdogs- cooked over BBQ - with BBQ Beans & other side dishes - includes drink ( we use only good products with great taste!)
$10. per person - BBQ Beef, or chicken -( homemade and extremely good – on a bun - not store bought and dull - not burgers & dogs - with all the sides and extras - includes drinks ( This requires a one week advance notice)
$15. per person - BBQ Steaks or BBQ 1/2 chicken - ( cooked right on the grill there! ) with all the sides and extras - includes drinks
Private Groups may, of course, choose to bring your own food / drinks ( non alcoholic of course). We do have BBQ grills available for your use. We provide wood for the BBQ, but not charcoal. (You may bring some if you prefer – but it is not needed ) If we are not providing the food – we do not set up the BBQ and cook for you – you must do that on your own and clean up afterwards. We do have plates, napkins, utensils, ice cream, food, water, soda, chips and candy machines on site. There is also a place down the street that delivers pizza, subs, etc.
Paint ( Ammunition):
We do require field paint when using our rental equipment. If you are bringing in your own equipment you may bring in outside paintballs - but it must meet the guidlelines as described under "prices. ( You might want to check our pricing first - we are very low!) We do this to insure the safety of our equipment, and the best quality paint that will keep you playing continually. After all, you came to play - not to be sidelined with jammed equipment due to bad paint, didn't you? Estimating your Paintball usage is where the your total price can vary quite a bit. Most new player groups tend to go thru roughly 300 paintballs per person per hour. ( 2000 rounds / balls per case). Paint runs $34 - 50. per case. This includes the air (propellant) to go with it. This paint usage estimate can go up or down based on the level of excitement of your players and how long you play. You can purchase additional paint on site at any time, but it is good to get close in your initial estimate so the players can feel free to just use as they choose. It is best if the group organizer tells us which way to set up paint/ammunition, ie: let them play as much as they want or keep game times a little restricted so that they do no use too much paint.
Private Field Use / Private Referees
Our group program is set up to help groups of all sizes make the most out of their special event. We try to keep our normal rates very low so as to accomodate all types of players and groups. Instead of the common "discount" that people ask for for groups - we simply add on extra things for larger groups, such as upgraded equipment, additional personnel to make your day special , free paint, and more. Many other Paintball Field Places will only accommodate and give you special rates for groups of 24 or more. Some will never give you the option of having a private field unless you have 100 or more! They will give you a discounted rate based on a minimum of 24 players, but you MUST pay for the full 24 players - even if some don't show up. We have found that 99% of the time, the group that shows up on the day of play is much smaller than the group size we all originally talked about. ( Many plan to attend – but things do come up) We know that when you are trying to put together a group – you need to have some clear image of what the cost will be per person. On the minimum group programs used at other places – for every player that doesn’t show up – the cost per person goes up because the overall cost stays the same. (You wind up paying for players that didn't come) With our small group program – you only pay for the people that show up. ( Large groups MUST provide 48 hour notice if they are reducing group size by more than 10%) You can quote your participants the “per person price” and know that it stays the same regardless of the number that show up. In developing our unique group program pricing – we took the most asked for amenities – put them together in one simple price structure, discount it for the group as a whole, and then pass this on to you. The group pricing structure covers not only the costs for these extra amenities that most groups enjoy, but the costs of the extra time and personnel that goes into making a group event truly special. Most small groups of less than 50 can be accommodated easily while the field is open to public use. In general, our complex can accommodate 400+ people at any given time. We have in excess of 200+ full equipment packages available. Exclusive full field rental means that the entire complex (all 7 fields) is closed to all other players and only your group has use during your hours. This is a rare circumstance - usually for groups in excess of 100 players.
You have the option of requesting to be considered a PRIVATE GROUP or simply coming as a walk-on group. Private group fees are in addition to our new player package program. The group fee gives you exclusive use of each particular field when you are in it, an exclsuive referee / training person for your use during your entire stay ( not just for a few minutes when you first arrive) – as well as all of the other group only amenities. Private groups larger than 100 MUST reserve exclusive use of all of the fields. Our standard Private group referee fee is $50. for groups under 20. For groups from 21 - - 50 players the fee is $100. Groups from 50 - 75 players the fee is $150. For groups larger than 75 players - please contact the office for individual quotes. This is for approximately a 3 - 5 hour period, which is about the right amount of time for most groups. Groups requiring a longer time span should speak to us directly about what can be arranged. To have exclusive use of the entire complex on a weekend day is $ 450. per hour with a 4 hour minimum, regardless of group size. ( The need for this is extremely rare – used only in very large groups of 100+) All group packages come with several extra amenities at no extra cost. They are:
* We guarantee your group the best of the equipment we have in stock and no down time when one
Breaks or jams. ( immediate replacement equipment)
* We bring the propellant, paint & equipment to you instead of your players wasting time refilling and
servicing themselves at the office
* We can provide a “Welcome XXXXX” Sign ( Company / group name as desired ) welcoming players to the fields. ( $20.)
* Cleaning equipment, to clean players mask, clothing, and equipment as needed. (This is used a LOT! )
* A great private sit back environment to watch and be a part of the action from. In Spring, Summer &
Fall months when the trees are all in full leaf, the field grass is green, and the weather is
incredible! We provide picnic style tables, canopies, misters, shaded areas and whatever else is needed to make the day perfect.
• Your equipment and a reserved private area with tables and chairs that is waiting for you when you get here. No waiting around for equipment and an area to be available for you.
Additional things you might want to consider for your special adventure:
* Having a photographer on hand to take pictures that you can send to your clients /friends afterwards. We can take also some pictures for you with your camera ( at not extra cost)! ( We do also sell disposable cameras on site.)
* Trophies / prizes: Especially fun if you are running tournaments. They have to have something to show for their achievements… especially with a large group! You can go anywhere from $40 – 50 for a relatively big trophy ( about 18-24” high – standard two tier – you can see pictures of them on our web site) or you can go with medallions ( easier to pack) that would have the event, tournament style of play ( War battles, speed zone battles, etc). Or of course, you can also use plaques engraved the same as above. Medallions run about $10 each, plaques – wood with metal engraved fascia – run about $35. each. Another possibility would be to use simple certificates – designed and printed to show the above, sealed and ready for framing. These would run $6.00 each. We can arrange to have more than just 1st, 2nd, and 3rd, places.. with a few extra fun awards to “ Champion Aggressor” ( for the guy never quits – hangs in there and keeps going and going – of course – if the humor is accepted – this could also be the “Energizer Bunny” award!), “ Most Verbal” ( There is always at least one player who takes each hit very vocally and makes you think he has been tortured to the highest level – not quite a whiner – more of an aggressive and vocal complainer – but in a fun and good light), “ Then there is the “RAMBO” award for the guy who simply goes forth Rambo style – blazing thru everything and every one. We have a range of 20 or so different types of awards that we can come up with… some we need to wait until the last minute as we see unique personalities come through… and then make an award that is appropriate. This works best to do certificates for these since we can make it there.
Let's work together on some appropriate encentives and prizes for your group! We have VERY creative minds here!
* Souvenirs for the players… some ideas:
o Paintball t-shirts – Cost: $15. per person.
o Paintball jerseys – Cost: $35.+ per person.
o Paintball ball caps – cost: $15 – 35 per person.
o Other ideas ? ? ?
I hope this helps to give you some ideas and ways to plan it. We can certainly work on additional ideas and in depth planning as we go. For larger groups - we would need to get a deposit of at least 50% of the anticipated total cost before we order items or reserve the date. Smaller groups need to put a credit card as a “HOLD” to make the reservation. In order to be certain that everything is ready on time for your group - we would need to have reservations and deposits finalized at least one week in advance for smaller groups, and 3 weeks for larger groups. For large groups ( 35 or more) we can adjust the per person total and the paint usage estimate if we are notified at least 48 hours prior to the event day. We cannot make adjustments on game day due to the fact that we have already set aside and paid for, equipment, paint & staff for your event. We accept MasterCard, Visa, bank checks, company checks and cash. Sorry, no Discover or AmEX. The balance of the total cost may be paid at the field on the day of the event if so desired. We do not invoice after the event. We can do special invoices if needed.
Please note: There is a required insurance form to be signed by all parties coming to the field. It can be downloaded from our web site hre ( under forms), or we can email it to you directly. We also carry the forms at the field and they can be completed when you arrive.

Bachelor Parties
If your are looking to have a bachelor party that goes beyond your dreams - you have come to the right place!
Bachelor Parties area a specialty here! We do them a lot and have a lot of fun with the extra "props" that we use to add a little "appropriate" excitment into the games and the event! We like to outfit our private bachelor groups with all of the camo gear and special ops type upgraded equipment that builds the feel and anticipation of the day's games. The refs we use for these groups have that extra flair for the wild and fun games that bachelor parties go for with gusto! Some of our bachelors choose to add in a little BBQ after a day's play - so don't forget to look at that also!
What would a great day be without something to remember it by?? We finish off the day with a unique gift for the groom that he can treasure as a souvenier of one heck of a party to remember! We also take photos of your group all day and then forward them on to you - at no extra cost - so you have memories to keep!

Looking for something REALLY different to celebrate a birthday?
Have we got a day for you!
Whether our birthday boy ( or girl- yes they love it too! ) is 10 or 50... this is a birthday they will never forget! We start off making the whole day special with a welcome banner for the birthday guy.
Some birthday parties are small groups of 2 or 3 - and some are as large as 50 or more. Doesn't matter... we make it great.
